A graduate of the Sorbonne (Paris I) in Master in Human Resources, Marie has worked for twenty years in various companies in restructuring contexts and in different management positions, including ten years as Head of Human Resources Development.

Certified professional coach (Center International du Coach), she has been involved for more than ten years in consulting and training assignments, especially in Management, Change management, Skills Development and skills management for business leaders, operational managers or HR teams.

Marie’s cognitive empathy and operational approach is a key point of the assignements she’s involved is in professional contextx. Working with Marie is therefore a means to open up the field of possibilities, in a way that is both concrete and adapted to one’s own context.
