Doctor of Philosophy and Psychoanalyst, José-Antoine Cilleros began his career as a publisher of Human Resources reference books. As Director of HR Collection, he headed the research and development department of Reader’s Digest, for the domestic market and abroad.
Jose-Antoine has always sought to work with experts, especially on topics related to Social Sciences and Human Resources, and has extensive experience in recruitment procedures.
His interest in people led to his decision to turn to recruitment activities and coaching for which he was trained, and he joined the firm in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, to work on the development of extra services.
Thanks to his expertise in interpersonal issues in the work environment, Jose-Antoine is particularly involved in our Assessments, Personal Development and Performance Coaching services.
