Edouard de Frémicourt
A graduate in International Business (ESTICE, Catholic University of Lille, CIFFOP), Edouard de Frémicourt quickly chooses to specialize in functions related to Human Resources. He joined large groups (such as Areva, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Page Group, Capgemini) within which he implement for years dynamic policies for GPEC and, more generally, for development of human resources.
In light of these experiences, Edouard then decided to devote himself to Human Resources Consulting, in order to offer his expertise to many companies and help them to meet their HR challenges. In particular, given his previous experiences and his passion for HR development, Edouard works specifically on topics related to talent recruitment, skills development and improvement of HR processes.
As an authentic human enthusiast, Edouard obtained his Professional Coach certification in 2016. It is in this context that he supports many companies in order to strengthen the professional efficiency of their Managers. His Coach approach reinforces each of his actions through the use of specific tools as well as innovative approaches based on both his experience and his Coach approach.
Attached to sharing and transmitting his passion, Edouard teaches Human Resources to undergraduate and master’s students (IAE Gustave Eiffel and EFRH, in particular) and is regularly involved in Delime Executive Search assignments.
