- A thorough analysis of the search environment: the company, its structure, its culture, its communication policy, its values, and the market in which it operates.
- Together, we draw up the specifications of the position to be filled and the candidate profile as well as the conditions of our partnership,
- Conducting the search process: identification and qualification of potential candidates,
- Thorough interviewing of candidates in order to select those who correspond to the search criteria.
- Formal yet discreet reference checks on candidates (with their prior agreement),
- Regular follow-up and advice to both parties throughout the entire recruitment pro-cess,
- Follow-up during the integration phase of the final candidate.
