At Delime Executive Search we follow a method for each assignment, which involves :

    The first step is to get a complete and detailed understanding of both (i) your company (Management type, Corporate Culture, communication policy, values, target market etc.) and (ii) the type of profile you’re looking for. The result of this stage is a detailed job description.
    From experience we know that to get the full picture, we need a face-to-face meeting with you, the representative(s) of the recruiting company to discuss your ideal candidate.

  • Together, we draw up the specifications of the position to be filled and the candidate profile as well as the conditions of our partnership,
  • Conducting the search process: identification and qualification of potential candidates,
  • Thorough interviewing of candidates in order to select those who correspond to the search criteria.

    The second step involves approaching potential candidates, either candidates we already know and follow, or candidates who were strongly recommended by people we trust, or candidates identified through our network/documentation (direct approach).
    3-An assessment of potential candidates will then take place.
    We will conduct two separate interviews by two Delime Executive Search consultants (or consultants from our executive search partners worldwide) with each candidate.
    During these interviews, we will highlight the benefits of joining your company, based on our preparatory meetings regarding the position’s fields of responsibilities and its mid-term and long-term prospects.
    4-We will present you with a short-list of candidates.
    The short-listed candidates will be described to you (and any other Managers from your company who are to be involved in this recruitment) in a strictly confidential report.
    The report highlights the education and experience of the selected candidates, their personality, their current overall salary, their objectives, together with our opinion regarding the suitability of the candidate for the job/position to be filled.
    5- We will present you with a short-list of candidates.
    The short-listed candidates will be described to you (and any other Managers from your company who are to be involved in this recruitment) in a strictly confidential report.
    The report highlights the education and experience of the selected candidates, their personality, their current overall salary, their objectives, together with our opinion regarding the suitability of the candidate for the job/position to be filled.

  • Regular follow-up and advice to both parties throughout the entire recruitment pro-cess,
  • Follow-up during the integration phase of the final candidate.

    We at Delime Executive Search make the following commitments to our clients:

    1) We deliver a short-list of candidates on which you find profiles that fit the job description and are suitable to be hired by your company.
    2) We provide regular, detailed progress reports (generally a weekly update by telephone.
    3) We present the short-list of candidates 30 to 45 calendar days after signature of the assignment contract. This time frame can be adapted in special conditions.
    4) We require 7 days written notice should you wish to terminate our agreement.
    Should you elect to terminate the agreement, our fee will be invoiced proportionally and our obligations set forth in sections (6) & (7) of the current paragraph shall remain valid.
    5) Should the hired candidate leave your company during the first year of his recruitment (at his own initiative or at your initiative), then we undertake to launch a new search at no extra fee.
    6) Non-solicitation (Off-limits): during the validity period of the agreement and, and if terminated, for a further period of two years from the date of such termination, Delime Executive Search will not solicit nor hire any employees from your company, directly nor indirectly.
    Nothing in this section is intended to restrict an individual’s right of employment.
    7) Delime Executive Search undertakes to hold all confidential information disclosed by your company in the strictest confidence 8) Waiver of Agreement: neither party to this agreement will be liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations should performance be hampered or delayed by fire, flood, war, embargo, riot, strike, lockout, civil commotion, government regulation or control or act of God, provided that the party concerned immediately notifies the other party of the delay.
