Graduated in 2006 from a Master in Human Resources, Julien Randrianarison began his career as an HR Consultant, especially involved in supporting companies regarding the several aspects of their Human Resources policies. It is in this context, Julien has regularly contributed in developping the various components of the Human Resource Planning (HRP) or Strategic Workforce Planning as well as internal and external mobility of employees.
Attracted by change management, Julien has been since then especially involved supporting Managers and their teams, both on the various aspects of the HR function as well as reinforcing various interpersonal skills, Julien having been trained in neurosciences, co- development and facilitation in collective intelligence. On top of these skills, Julien is certified in transactional analysis (TA), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and the Process Communication Model (PCM).
In addition, because of his associative activities, Julien regularly acts as an advisor to companies, in particular to develop the inclusive dimension of HR policies regarding inclusion of handicapped workers , from the diagnostic phase to the definition and then the implementation. implementing their disability policies, as well as the change management.
